I am very excited to have found this superb red wine from Gascony, it perfectly reflects the philosophy with which I am approaching the selection of wines for Gauthier Soho in 2019.

Small region, organically produced, it marries classical winemaking with a French country personality. Feedback has been extremely positive, with one regular guest announcing "Truly exceptional!".

Approachable, easy to drink yet elegant and full of flavour. I'm currently serving Les Trois Fontaines as the Lunch red wine-by-the-glass, perfectly complimenting the winter menu at Gauthier Soho.
