We are proud to offer this fabulous box of six exquisite restaurant white wines, all of which currently feature on the Gauthier Soho wine list and are chosen by sommelier David Havlik to be poured as selected wines with the lunch and tasting menus.

Some bottles will be immediately familiar, such as the great Italian Pecorino 'Ciu Ciu', the Gassac Blanc, and making a comeback, the Legendary Clement Termes Gaillac Blanc Sec.

The Wines

The Muscadelle:
1x Chateau Clément Termes Gaillac Blanc Sec 2017
Pale straw yellow colour and it is floral and fruity on the palate with green herb notes. 

The Albariño:
1x Pazos de Lusco Albariño 2018
Pear, lemon, fennel - bright fruit, lush and polished Albariño.

The Verdejo:

1x Finca Constancia Parcela 12 ‘Verdejo’ 2017
Fresh, intense and smooth on the palate.

The Pecorino:
1x Ciù Ciù Oris Falerio Pecorino 2018
Fresh but not too acidic, with a good fruitiness and textured, oily roundness.

The Languedoc Viognier
1x Réserve de Gassac Pays d'Herault 2018
Pale straw yellow in colour with a fleshy nose of tropical fruits and green herbs.

The Sauvignon
1x Caze Blanque Pays D'Oc Languedoc Sauvignon 2018
Deep garnet-red in colour, cherries and eucalyptus with some toast and vanilla from the oak-ageing. Very smooth and rich on the palate with a medium-body.
