GAUTHIER HUILE D'OLIVE
We are delighted to introduce Gauthier Olive Oil, a life-giving extra virgin olive oil from a tiny olivery in the village of Levens, near Nice in the Cote d'Azur, south of France.
Made with 100% cailletier olives, the tiny dark-skinned olive which is hard to find almost anywhere outside of Cote D'Azur. Famous as the olive 'Niçoise', cailletier are known for their very high poyphenol content - celebrated for their antioxidant properties, supporting heart and cellular health while providing anti-inflammatory benefits.
