Delivery FAQ
Caviar Delivery
We dispatch the caviar as soon as possible, via DHL and send a tracking number. UK caviar delivery is a flat rate of £5, worldwide delivery is DHL dynamic pricing.
Voucher Delivery
We dispatch vouchers via Royal Mail first class post usually the same day but at busier times it may be 2-3 days.
Wine Delivery
We dispatch the wine as quickly as possible after receiving an order. We are a small company and we only deal with small, independent suppliers so there could be small delays when dispatching. The delivery cost of £9.90 in the United Kingdom and £12.99 in the Isle of Man gives you express delivery on all orders, so quite often you can enjoy the wine the next day.
Free Delivery
If you spend £300 or more on one wine order, delivery is free!
Delivery on a specific day
If you want to arrange delivery on a specific weekday, please order as normal on the website and send us an email informing us of what day you would ideally like your package to be delivered.
Deliveries on the weekend
Unfortunately, Parcelforce do not deliver on the weekend.
International Delivery
We not not as yet deliver internationally.
Collection
If you happen to be in Zone 1 in London, we are happy for you to collect the wine from Gauthier Soho yourself if you prefer. Just give us an email or call and we will organise a suitable date and time for you to collect it and we will refund you the delivery cost.
Who do we use to deliver?
At the moment, we use Parcelforce to deliver our wines. It is the largest delivery company in the UK, and for the size that we currently are as a company, they offer the best service for our customers. We believe it has excellent customer service and an extremely comprehensive website for customers to use and track their parcels.
If you’re not in....
The delivery driver will leave you a card with information on how to organise a new date for delivery that suits you via the Parcelforce website.
What happens if my wine is damaged?Parcelforce are usually able to tell if a parcel is damaged during transit and will return it to us rather than deliver the parcel to you. In this case we will immediately deliver you a new replacement wine.
If you do receive your wine in a damaged state, please send us an email or contact us as soon as possible to let us know. We will deliver new wine to you as soon as we can.
What happens if my wine hasn’t arrived?
Use the tracking number in the dispatch confirmation email we sent you on the Parcelforce website: www.parcelforce.com. If the tracking is unable to locate your parcel, or you are not sure who has signed for it, please send us an email and we will do our best to locate your package for you.
