Delivery FAQ

Please note: during any sales or discounted periods, order volume can become quite high and so delivery times may be delayed.

Caviar, Deli, Faux Gras Delivery 

We dispatch orders as soon as possible, via DHL and send a tracking number. Delivery rate is dynamically calculated depending on your location.

Please note each country may be subject to import taxes which we have no control over.

Voucher Delivery 

All vouchers are posted same day of ordering via Royal Mail tracked 48hrs.

Delivery on a specific day

If you want to arrange delivery on a specific weekday in the future, please order as normal on the website and send us an email informing us of what day you would ideally like your package to be delivered.

When you call us you will be speaking to a real person, and that same person will probably be packing and sending your wine too so will know exactly what they are talking about.
