Food and deli delivery

We dispatch food orders via DHL and provide tracking when the parcel leaves us. Available delivery services and shipping charges are shown at checkout.

International orders and import charges

The shipping charge paid at checkout covers delivery. Depending on the destination, customs authorities or the carrier may request additional import duty, local taxes or clearance fees before delivery. These charges may be separate from the amount paid at checkout and are payable by the recipient. Please check your country's import rules before placing an order. If you believe a charge duplicates tax shown on your order confirmation, contact us with the order number and the carrier's invoice so we can review it.

Dining vouchers

Delivery options for vouchers are shown on the relevant product page and at checkout. If you need a voucher by a particular date, please contact us before ordering.

Delivery on a particular day

For a preferred weekday, place your order and email us with your order number and requested date. We will tell you what is possible.
