There is no minimum order, but cases are sometimes restricted to quantities indicated. This is because we are buying in very small quantities and like to make sure everyone has an equal chance to buy.

At the end of the shopping process on this website you will be shown the final amount and asked to confirm your order before it is sent to us. If you need to make any changes, please contact us as soon as possible on 02074943111 during week days between 9am and 5pm.
You may cancel your order within 7 days of receiving the goods.
You will receive a full refund within 30 days, but delivery and return costs will be at your expense.

In the event that you would like to return something, please get in touch as soon as possible. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, we ask that your item is unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

As with all disputes, we find the best thing is to call us and tell us the problem, and we will do our best to come to an agreement that makes you happy.

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, and will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a maximum 15 days.


Unfortunately we can only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If this is the case and you want to exchange something, please call us or send us an email at and we'll have a chat about the problem and see what we can do to make you happy.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We will not give your details to any other Trader.We will not email you in the future unless you have given us your consent and we will give you the chance to refuse any marketing emails from us. We ensure your personal details are secure. When you register with us at the end of your first purchase, your details are kept safe in your own password protected account. All credit card details are entered into Barclaycard site. We do not see or keep these details. Data Protection Act. We meet the conditions of the Data Protection Act 1998 (DPA).

Your rights as a consumer are protected by the consumer protection laws currently in force in the UK. If the goods do not correspond with their description, are not of satisfactory quality, or reasonably fit for their purpose, and if you notify us within a reasonable time of the problems, we will offer a full refund. Mistakes in bills, receipts or payments will be corrected as soon as possible, and at the latest within 30 days of agreeing to do so.

13.1 Terms & Conditions

Gauthier Soho vouchers do not have a value stated on them and entitle the holder to the experience stated on them.  All Gauthier Soho vouchers carry a unique serial number which must be quoted when contacting Gauthier Soho.

Vouchers must be kept safely and securely, the original gift voucher should be taken on the day of the experience.  Please inform the member of staff that you have a voucher and submit it when requested.  Gauthier Soho cannot accept responsibility for any loss you may incur as a result of theft, impersonation or identity fraud.

13.2 International/overseas orders

All prices shown on Gauthier Soho website are in GBP and all transactions are conducted in GBP. If ordering from overseas or from a foreign currency account orders in some cases will need to be placed via telephone and you may be charged fees by your bank to process the transaction. These fees are in addition to any prices on our website and are beyond our control.

13.3 Voucher descriptions, menus, formats and durations

Voucher descriptions, menus, ingredients, format and timings given on Gauthier Soho website and in any other literature are only intended to present a general idea of the voucher, and shall not be considered binding. In particular, photographs are for illustrative purposes only and do not form part of any contract between you and Gauthier Soho.

13.4 Availability

Advanced bookings are essential, and reservations remain subject to availability.  All specific arrangements regarding booking dates and times must be made directly to Gauthier Soho, and we recommend that you reconfirm any arrangements made with us a few days before the event to avoid disappointment.  The recipient is free to book their preferred date within the voucher validity period. Vouchers are subject to availability and we will use all reasonable endeavours to meet your request but cannot guarantee any specific date or time.

To avoid disappointment, we recommend that customers book well in advance, at least four to six weeks for a weekend visit and six to eight weeks other times.

During certain times of the year Gauthier Soho produces special menus. We do not accept accept standard vouchers on the following days but with the specific voucher for that date; St Valentine's Day; Mother's Day, New Year's Eve.

We recommend booking as early as possible as you must have redeemed your voucher before the expiry date printed on the front of your voucher.  Please quote both the gift voucher serial and pin numbers when making your reservation, vouchers may only be redeemed once. 

We strongly advise that you do not make any travel, accommodation or other arrangements until you have received confirmation of your booking. Once a date has been booked, your voucher will be deemed to be used at that point. 


13.5 Prices & locations

We reserve the right to vary the prices of the vouchers which we offer. Gauthier Soho’s voucher prices will vary due to fulfilment and packaging costs.


13.6 Despatch

Gauthier Soho cannot be held responsible for any goods damaged in the post or any postal delays. If you require a voucher immediately, you are welcome to place the order online then visit the restaurant within working hours and collect in person, or we can send a digital version of the voucher via email, usually on the same day or purchase.

13.7 Security

Vouchers are valuable documents and cannot be replaced if they are lost, damaged or stolen and are invalid if altered or tampered with. Gauthier Soho accepts no liability in these circumstances.

13.8 Validity

The Voucher expiry date is printed on the front of the voucher. Vouchers must be booked and undertaken prior to this date, otherwise the voucher will be deemed to be invalid and no liability will be accepted by Gauthier Soho.

Gauthier Soho restaurant experience vouchers may only be used for dining bookings. They cannot be used for other services such as food delivery boxes, wine or other products.


13.9 Monetary vouchers

Monetary vouchers must be redeemed at one time, they cannot be used on separate visits, no change or cash back will be given and no voucher for the difference will be issued. You can make an extra payment if the monetary value is more.

13.10 Extensions

The validity period of most Vouchers may be extended once only at Gauthier Soho’s absolute discretion for a period of 6 months. Please be aware that if the price of your chosen experience has increased, you will have to pay the difference between the new price and your voucher. Please note that expired vouchers cannot be extended under any circumstances.

13.11 Exchanges

Gauthier Soho vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or replaced if lost.

13.12 Transfers

If for some reason you are unable to use a voucher and wish to give to another party to use, you are welcome to transfer your vouchers. There is no need to contact us. Please see the Third Parties note below which refers to the rights of the new party.

13.13 Refunds

All Gift Vouchers are non-refundable.

13.14 Problems on the day

We welcome your feedback on all of our voucher experiences. If you encounter a problem on the day, please immediately bring it to your server's attention so that we have a chance to put matters right.

13.15 Artistic freedom

All vouchers are designed to reflect the creativity and freedom of the Chef - Alexis Gauthier. Gauthier Soho reserves the right to change menus, dishes, ingredients, food groups within the course format as shown in sample menus. Sample menus are snapshots of menus served at any given moment and are subject to daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly seasonal changes and should not be seen as a guarantee of ingredients, dishes or food groups. It is often the case that ingredients or dishes on the day could have little or no resemblance to a sample menu seen months or years before at time of purchase.


13.16 Cancellation by participants

Once you make a booking with Gauthier Soho you are bound by our terms and conditions. Make sure you understand our rules regarding changing or cancelling a booking (particularly at short notice) as a refund will not be offered in the case of infringement of these rules. Cancellation of a booking within 48 hours of your reservation time will render the voucher null and void.

13.17 Third parties and re-sale

A person who is not named on the voucher or recorded as the purchaser by Gauthier Soho has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any terms and conditions of booking.

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, and are governed by and in accordance with English law. The purchaser of a voucher agrees to the jurisdiction of the English courts. All the clauses and sub clauses in Gauthier Soho terms and conditions are independent of each other. If one clause or sub clause is invalid or unenforceable, this will not affect any other clause or sub clause. These terms & conditions are subject to change. The details listed above are the terms and conditions applied to Gauthier Soho vouchers. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Please note that all our vouchers are valid for one year from the day of purchase. Should the recipient prefer, all vouchers can be exchanged for monetary value to be redeemed at other times apart from the chosen voucher - for example, a 'Deluxe Lunch for Two' could be exchanged for £90 against a dinner booking.
