As close as you can be! Studio Gauthier is the newest restaurant from the Gauthier Group, and the first with an open kitchen, allowing guests to get up close and personal with the chefs as they prepare the dishes.

Head Chef Alexia Dellaca-Minot has been a chief understudy of Alexis Gauthier for more than ten years, and now leads the kitchen at Studio Gauthier, situated within the BFI building at Stephen Street, London W1.

The six course tasting menu is a fantastic way to take in a complete gastronomic experience, with a spectacular 100% vegan menu based on French cuisine but drawing influence from all over the world.
