Wear compassion with pride! When we created our famous 'Faux Gras' in the kitchens of Gauthier Soho we wanted a way to show our meaning behind the product. This for us is to stop unnecessary cruelty to ducks and geese, and celebrate these lovely animals as happy, hopeful and free.

We think it's a great way to let others know this too.
