Gauthier Happy Goat Cheese

Famously served as its own course on the Grand Dîner tasting menu at Gauthier Soho, this beautifully crafted cashew nut cheese has been described by Alexis Gauthier as 'one of the very few times I've truly managed to evoke my childhood memories through a plant-based creation'. Based on the Provençal goat cheese Alexis would have at home in Avignon, it is marinated in our own Olive oil and local herbs. This product is strictly limited and will be made available as and when supplies allow.
