Says David Havlik, head sommelier at Gauthier Soho: "Very classic example of a Provençal red, dominated by Mourvèdre, wine of a full body, rich yet smooth texture and a bold array of flavours you can expect from a warm Mediterranean climate - dark fruit, wild herbs, leather and notes of savoury finish of cured meats and smoke. The wine is ready to drink right away but it will benefit from opening 1-2 hours in advance."
